Solar Resolve Ltd provides engineering designs based on current site conditions. We do not guarantee specific grid-wide energy pricing fluctuations or external environmental changes that may affect long-term hardware efficiency beyond our technical specifications.
Property Access for Installs
Clients must grant our engineering teams safe and unobstructed access to designated installation zones. Failure to provide scheduled access may result in project delays and additional mobilization fees as outlined in your technical service agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Solar Resolve Ltd is registered. Any technical disputes regarding hardware performance or engineering blueprints shall be resolved through professional arbitration before civil litigation.
